Colin is head instructor of the Academy and father to Coach Gaz. Colin has taught Martial Arts for over 30 years and his lineage in Tradional Kung Fu can be traced back through 3 generations to the Source.
Karen Grieves
Senior Instructor 4th Dan
Karen has been with the Academy for XX Years and is a multplie time British & European Champion. She is also the Mother of Coach Nathan
Gaz
Fight Coach 3rd Dan
Gaz is our head fight coach and son of senior instrutor Colin Beddow.
Gaz has travelled the world as comptitor and coach he has previous won titles and British, European and World Levels,
Nathan Rollin
Instructor/Fight Coach 1st Dan
Nathan is our fight coach and head of light continous coaching. He is also son of senior instructor Karen Grieves. Nathan is a mutliple time British, European and World Champion in many different organisations
As you can see family runs through this club it was opened by family, its ran by family and we treat each other like family.
